7 Signs Your Hair Gives Of Your Bad Health | Your hair says more about you than just your current mood or fashion sense, it can also speak of your health and how good you are at taking care of yourself. If you see any of these signs it’s recommended that you see a doctor right away for further tests, better safe than sorry.

1. Going Grey
You look in the mirror and see grey and immediately you think “I’m getting old” this isn’t necessarily true, grey hair can be a sign of stress, so if you see those pesky greys you should get your blood pressure checked as well just to make sure stress isn’t affecting other areas of your health.

2. Breakable Hair
Frail and breakable hair can be a sign of Cushing’s syndrome, which is an increase in cortisol levels, but this disease has a variety of other symptoms that would be hard to miss; back pain, elevated blood pressure and lethargy. If you experience any of these ailments see a doctor.

3. Deteriorating Hair
If your hair dries up and presents a change in appearance, like thinning, it’s possible you could be suffering from hypothyroidism, which means that your hormone levels are off. This disease has other marks like weight gain, muscle pain and puffiness.

Sudden hair loss, especially if it’s too much hair you are losing, it’s a sure sign of anemia. It’s recommended that you visit your doctor as soon as possible to get it checked out and start treatment.

It’s important to keep your hair natural and healthy so that you’ll be aware of the warnings it can show.
