Creating PDF Documents using WPS Writer

WPS Office is a free and open-source productivity suite that includes applications like Writer, Spreadsheets, Presentation, etc. In this blog post, we will explore how to create PDF documents using WPS Writer.

Prerequisites:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of WPS Office installed on your system. You can download it from the official website if not already installed.
  2. Prepare your document in WPS Writer.

Step 1: Save as PDF

  1. Before saving or exporting, you can customize your PDF document by going to the Layout tab in the ribbon and selecting Page Background, Margins, etc., to fit your requirements.
  2. You can also insert images, tables, charts, and other media as needed, before saving or exporting to PDF.
